A Little About Me

I’m a mother, grandmother, and founder of Think Better Wellness and Wellness is Within Her. I wear many hats—entrepreneur, author, activist, and advocate for women’s causes.

The Think Better Live Better movement was born out of my own struggle. I watched my mental and physical health decline, and soon after, my financial health followed. On the climb back, I realized it all started with my stinking thinking—negative self-talk that snowballed into bigger setbacks.

Therapy opened my eyes and I realized that the same thought patterns that dragged me down could be reshaped to lift me up. So I committed to thinking better. Little by little, life began to shift. My bald head grew a crown of hair again. My anxiety and depression faded to almost nothing. And yes—hallelujah—my finances turned around too.

Thoughts appear deceptively simple. They're a constant part of our lives, shaping everything we consider, imagine, and reflect on. Just as we prioritize our physical health with regular check-ups, we also need to take care of our mental well-being by examining our thoughts.
