My Mission

Helping women tap into their inner strength to create wellness in every area of life, turn setbacks into comebacks, and earn more on their own terms.

My Vision

To help 1,000 women realize that because of her past, not in spite of it she has power to reclaim confidence, build income, and lead with her experience.

Stress, Depression, Anxiety and Overthinking can do a number on your well-being.

Mentally, I've been to the bottom of the darkest abyss with medical issues, legal issues, financial issues, and self-esteem issues. I had gotten to a place where I thought the darkness of my mind and the lack of motivation were a permanent state for me; I could not even muster up any hope, and I often had thoughts of "I'm a waste of space, why am I even here?"

Behind all of that loud mess was the desire to be healed and leave that dark place of mental torture behind. Step 1 was the desire, and then I became determined to hold onto the sliver of hope that I felt when I read and studied the bible.

Then I began working on my mindset and my self-esteem by digging into the scriptures, and Romans 12:2 gave me my first clue to transform my life.

I chose to renew my mind, in order to transform my life. Because I believe the holy Bible the scripture that I previously mentioned was my foundation to build my way out of the deep pit of depression and, and as I continued to all of the began to shine through

My mindset affected my mental, physical and financial wellness.

Before: Stinking Thinking

After: Better Thinking

My mental abyss was very dark!

Speaker of Social Determinants of Health

What is social determinants of health?

Social determinants of health (SDOH) refer to the factors outside of the healthcare system that influence a person's health and well-being. These factors include:

  1. Economic Stability

  2. Education

  3. Healthcare Access and Quality

  4. Neighborhood and Built Environment

  5. Social and Community Context

  6. Age

  7. Gender

SDOH are interconnected and influence each other. They play a significant role in determining health outcomes, such as chronic disease rates, life expectancy, and mental health. Addressing SDOH through policies, programs, and interventions can help improve health equity and reduce health disparities.

My very last bout with depression and anxiety during a hard place felt like I would never know peace and the pressure of misery was enormous.

Losing it all is devastating but not the end. Hitting rock bottom and bouncing back has no shame, staying there is the no-no.

No matter the state of our lives we can always overcome with the right mindset and support.

I've been in many hard places and with the support of other women, belief in a higher power and myself, I've been able to ascend from deep dark pits of depression and anxiety.

But thank God becoming aware of how I thought and talked really was the first step to changing my mind, body and finances.

I also became certified Mental Health First Aid Responder to provides initial support to someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge until professional help can be accessed.

I am not not therapists but are equipped with an action plan to recognize early signs and symptoms, offer non-judgmental support, and guide the person toward appropriate professional resources or self-help strategies.accessed.
